ABOUT THE HALL OF FAME

Each year the Henderson County Education Foundation honors educational contributors and helps preserve educational history. Nominees can be teachers, administrators, support personnel, school board members, or others who donated time or resources and who significantly impacted education.

At the time their nominations are submitted, nominees must have served the public school system for at least 10 years, be retired from active employment for at least five years or be deceased.

Nomination brochures are available in the Henderson County Public Schools administrative offices at 414 Fourth Avenue West in Hendersonville, the HCEF office at 21 Upper Red Oak Trail off Zeb Corn Road, and in Carolina First Bank's branches at 201 Wren Drive and 535 Greenville Highway in Hendersonville.
