2011 Nomination Form

Nominations for the 2011 Hall of Fame
class are due by Sept. 30.

Nominees must have served county public schools for at least 10 years and be retired from schools at least five years or deceased. They can be teachers, administrators, support staff, school board members or donors who greatly impacted education.
